The converter plugs into any NTSC or PAL television or video projector with composite video or the higher quality S-video (S-VHS) inputs. To use on a television without a composite input, simply use a channel 3/4 modulator.
Because the converter is powered by the PC's keyboard port, no external AC adapter is needed (or possibly lost if you travel). You don't need to worry about voltage or frequency, so you can use it anywhere in the world! Best of all, the converter requires no additional drivers or software, so your computer has one less reason to lock up and crash!
