Have a look for the site of a top manufacturer of your components. For what seems like similar terminology I found a fanstastic Swiss site with a very high standard of translation - helpfully I don't have a reference! It's probable that you can get multilingual fact sheets in pdfs on such sites, which allow you to see terms in context.
