The article I mention is actually not a book, although the book you suggest has a similar title as the article I'm looking for. I was aware of that book, but although it covers some of the same ground covered by Ansaldi in his article, it actually precedes it. What I need is specifically Ansaldi's article, if anybody has a copy. Thank you anyway for your help!
