Searching for multilingual glossary for refugees

I vaguely recall seeing a forum entry on a multilingual glossary for refugees. Unfortunately, now that my Swiss-German community of 4000 will be taking in 100 refugees from various countries, i.e Syria, Afghanistan, Eritrea, etc. I can't find it. Does anyone remember or know of an appropriate glossary. Actually it should be in German plus the other various languages.

Thanking you in advance.

I have read about these two resources either on some translation site or somewhere on Twitter, but not actually looked at them properly:

Maybe you can find something useful in there.

Hello Linda
as Andrea already posted, in the Refugee Phrasebook website you will find a lot of resources. I'm directly involved in RPB translations and proofreading too, and I can give you direct contacts if you need particular language combinations or country-tailored glossaries.

I'll be in touch with the organizers and see what specific languages are needed. I'm grateful for your help.
